I bought a one-year subscription from Just Cloud for unlimited storage on 23 Dec 2012. My hope was that I could replace the storage capabilities of a home server and synchronize files between my home and business. The web site has a limited description of the services and capabilitilies of Just Cloud. After paying (by credit card) for the subscription, within 2 hours, I discovered that their services would not meet my needs. On 24 Dec 2012, I emailed their customer support requesting a refund for the subscription. This action initiated a ping-pong (6 total) set of emails, each from a different individual offering to help with the cancel but countering with discounts, free subsriptions, and other deals. The last email I received today instructed me to call their customer service number due to "security protocols". I have been on hold for 21 minutes now. I suspect this company has no intention of refunding any money and employs fraudulent tactics online.

This type of operation and company is not reputable and worthy of a #1 review for the services they offer. I will probably write off the $100 they charged because... (Read the full review)

I am no computer expert and was worried about using an online storage site like Just Cloud in case it was just too complicated. Fortunately, Just Cloud is very easy to use, even for a novice like me. I use it to back up all my family photographs and videos. It's very reassuring knowing that they are all backed up and stored securely online. Family photographs are very precious, especially those of my elderly mother who died last year. You don't realise how precious these photographs are until you lose them. Now I know that even if my hard disk fails or my house gets burgled, I'll never lose all these precious memories.

In summary, I would recommend Just Cloud to a friend.

I use JustCloud for work and I find it very useful. I backed up all my most important files to the cloud using JustCloud's desktop app and now every time I make a change to a file, it's automatically backed up to the cloud for me. You can also set it to back up hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, but for greatest peace of mind I've set mine to back up automatically as soon as I make any changes to any files.

I also sync all my data with my work laptop via the cloud. This means that whenever I am away from the office visiting clients, I know I always have all the latest files with me on my laptop. My files are also securely accessible via the web if I forget my laptop and really need to access them while I'm travelling. I can also share certain documents with certain clients if I like, allowing them to access them via the web using an encrypted link I send them. I found JustCloud really easy to use. I downloaded the desktop app and backed up all my most important files to the cloud. Now, whenever I make a change to any file, it's automatically backed up to the cloud. I can also sync all my files automatically with my laptop, so whenever I plug in my laptop it automatically updates all my files to the latest changes I made on my desktop. I can also access my files remotely, which is great for showcasing my holiday photographs to family and friends. All their software is really easy to use and knowing that I have unlimited storage means I know that this service is future-proof for all my needs.

In summary, I would recommend Just Cloud to a friend.
