I'm using Nomadesk for two years now and I'm very satisfied about it. Syncing goes fast and without probems. It is easy to download files from your fault in other locations than my home location. Several times I used the possibility to retriev deleted files.

Although I can approach my files in the cloud it is a pity that I cant sync some files with my Android devices.

In summary, I would recommend Nomadesk to a friend.

The product is rather cheap. I like a lot the unlimited storage space and it's easy to use. So, why an overall rating of 1 star only. Well, I believe that the ratings above miss one very crucial criteria. Does it work? Unfortunately it doesn't. The product is very unreliable. It crashes at least once every day. Never leave it running when you hibernate your PC because it will fail afterwards. In one word: C.R.A.P.

In summary, I would not recommend Nomadesk to a friend.

Nomadesk is a very amateur service which will not provide adequate file back ups. When there is a problem the technical support staffed by some high school kid named Ken is not sufficient. I asked for a full refund and was declined. They say its working if you manually backup all your files which is not what I signed up for. I am cutting my losses and going elsewhere. This company is a joke. A company run by high school students. It stopped syncing and after spending 2-3 hours on multiple conversations with Ken he could not get it to work but would not give me a refund.

In summary, I would not recommend Nomadesk to a friend.
