The system worked and I had no problems with that. but after other players provided such cheaper options I cancelled, or tried to. Evemn though I have threatened support with legal action they continued to bill me although I cancelled multiple times. I have now had to cancel a long standing credit card because I just got billed again. Very disturbing...stay away.

In summary, I would not recommend Flip Drive to a friend.

Tried FlipDrive for a trial period, during which I was informed (several times!) that I won't be charged unless I sign up after 14 days. I wasn't happy with them and decided that I wasn't going to use them anymore. I've received 3 (!) emails notifying me that unless I take action I will loose my account and all information and I didn't take any action. Surprisingly, I found out that my credit card was billed that same month. I tried contacting them several times, both by email and by phone and NEVER received any response whatsoever. Nothing. They kept charging me until I had to cancel my card (my bank wasn't able to contact them either or to stop them from charging my card). Scam, that's all I have to say.

In summary, I would not recommend Flip Drive to a friend.
