I needed to cancel this service for a relative who died. They charged for the next year even after his death and refused to refund $143 because he didn't cancel the auto renew BEFORE HE DIED. His bank account is paying for a full year and 10 days of a service he cannot access because HE IS DEAD.

In summary, I would not recommend My PC Backup to a friend.
