I have used MOD for some time. I noticed in creating backup scripts that the AppData folder is no longer available to back up. Major red flag as it contains important files that I want backed up - like email. I changed to a different service, and deleted ALL my files from MOD.
Wrote at least 4 times to contact us, but they still charged credit card twice. My company issued a refund the next day. Now they have charge my account again (a month later). Wrote them again and called. Left a message for John. There is no place on their site to change the credit card info.. The contact us tab seems to be more for tech stuff than account problems; however, it is the only available contact choice.
In summary, I would not recommend My Other Drive to a friend.
