We used Livedrive for 6 months as a business. Not only could we not get onto Livedrive most times, but it lost about a THIRD of our files. Backup? What back up?! They promised back up, but then couldn't answer what happened to the files. They said they weren't saved there, because it would be in the back up. We couldn't switch off of there fast enough. The company is based over seas and does not take phone calls. Submit a ticket and they email you a day to two days later that they received a ticket. A week goes by and they say they couldn't get in touch with you so they dropped the ticket. Really?! You can't even get in touch with them, to tell them they suck.
In summary, I would not recommend Live Drive to a friend.
