Dear all,
I have tried using it it for a professional use since 5 months and i am extremely disappointed.
I use it two ways :
First on my qnap nas.
Most of the time the backup is not working properly and is clearly not reliable.
Many issues to correct.
Support difficult to join and not reactiv enough
Even initial issues corrected, you think it is working : bad luck... Check again after a few days or weeks : still no backup done properly !
For the backup og my laptop, working fine
So i recommend you to stay away from that service !!!

In summary, I would not recommend Elephant Drive to a friend.
