This is about as fair as I can be based on my experience. Mozy did fine for a while but as soon as they made a change at their end it became my problem. I had a Mac, the tech admitted she didn't really know much about Macs but would try to help. She never resolved the problem, then avoided my calls and correspondence and refused to return my money (I had paid a year in advance).
Basically, I ended up the same as if I had never paid for a year of back up service, except that I paid for it.
I would not recommend Mozy to a friend.
P.S. I rarely consider reviewing anything unless I love it, but in this case, people need to know. It was that bad.
In summary, I would not recommend Mozy to a friend.
